  Generally, high inversion refers to the low resistivity of the manufacturing and processing materials, the relatively smooth and flat surface layer, and the low absorption rate of near-infrared laser, which is the absorption coefficient of common metal elements, resulting in the emission of a large number of lasers, and because most of the use scenes of lasers are vertically bisecting the materials or a small amount of inclination. As a result, the return laser re enters the output head, and even part of the return light is coupled into the energy transmission fiber, which is transmitted back to the inside of the laser along the fiber, resulting in the continuous high temperature of the core components in the laser.

  In the manufacturing and processing of high anti material, if too high return laser enters the laser, there will be corresponding damage risk to the cutting head or welding head and the laser itself. Especially for high-power fiber laser products, the return laser power will be significantly higher than that of low-power laser products, and the damage risk will be higher. When cutting and manufacturing high reverse material, when the material is not penetrated, high-power return light will return to the inside of the laser and damage the laser.
